Venice High School is excited to host the 2026 Venice Marching Band Invitational! Join bands from across Florida for a day of top-tier competition, expert judging, and constructive feedback designed to help your program build momentum this season.
More than a competition, it’s a celebration of the marching arts — bringing together students, directors, families, and fans for an unforgettable experience on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Registration: Registration Fee $200 per Band. Please complete the Registration Form.
Classifications (as defined by FMBC):
Class 1A – 1 to 50 Students
Class 2A – 51 to 70 Students
Class 3A – 71 to 90 Students
Class 4A – 91 to 120 Students
Class 5A – 121 or more Students
Our judges are consistently on panels for BOA, DCI, WGI, FBA, FMBC, and FFCC contests. Whatever your goals are for your group, our judges are poised to set you up for success for the remainder of your season.
In our partnership with FMBC, we look forward to hosting a smooth-running contest with a packed house of enthusiastic fans and spectators.

Spectator Parking: $5.00
Admission: Tickets are available at the ticket booth @ Powell Davis Stadium on the day of the event. Admission: $15/ Adults, $10 for Children, 5 and under: FREE
First-Aid: There will be a First Aid station located next to the band performance exit gate at the north end of the field. Any student needing first aid must be accompanied by a chaperone or director. There will be local police, fire-fighters, and ambulance on-site in the event of an emergency.
Food Concessions: There will be several food and drink options available onsite including Venice Music Boosters concessions and several food trucks offering water, soda, Gatorade, hot dogs, French fries, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, assorted chips and candy, Chik Fil A and much more. Check back for a list of food trucks. Cash and credit card payments accepted.
Band Meals: Bands have the option to purchase Pre-Ordered Meals to help you avoid concessions lines. Directors can pre-order meals for the band. More information to come.
Band O’ Grams: Purchase a note of encouragement for your favorite band, or student to be read immediately before their performance! $3 each or 2 / $5
Merchandise: Check out our vendor area for unique music/band merchandise
Judge and Band Director Hospitality: There will be Hospitality rooms for all judges as well as for Directors and staff in the in Building 3 (marked on the venue map). The Hospitality room will contain food, refreshments, and an assortment of bottled and canned drinks for the judges. There will also be occasional breaks in the performances to allow for judges to rest and eat.
