Band Trip to Universal Studios Day 1

FRIDAY, MARCH 27

2:30pm - Three 55-passenger All-Around motor coaches arrive at Venice High School; begin loading 1 Indian Avenue, Venice, FL 34285 All-Around Charters

3:15pm - Depart for Orlando, FL (144 miles, 3 hours allotted for drive time)

6:15pm - Arrive in Orlando at Universal Orlando Resort 6000 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. Meet Blake, your professional BRT Tour Director, at Universal Orlando Resort. Enjoy time to explore and shop at Universal CityWalk

6:45pm - Meet as a group at Hard Rock Café, 6050 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819

7:00pm - Enjoy a group dinner at Hard Rock Café: Choose from the Original Legendary Burger, the Impossible Burger, grilled chicken sandwich, twisted mac chicken & cheese, grilled chicken Caesar salad, or Tupelo chicken tenders, with soft drinks and brownie for dessert!

8:30 PM Load motor coaches (*walk in chaperone groups to the motor coaches); depart for the Rosen Plaza Hotel 9700 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819       

 9:00 PM Arrive at the hotel; check in and rest
